In Person (limited space) and on Zoom
This 5 week program will introduce you to powerful practices designed to help calm anxiety.  Each session will combine  physical movement, breathing exercises, and other techniques that calm the body and mind.  In addition to the Monday evening classes, participants will receive a recording of the “Practice of the Week” to provide extra support throughout the program.  Each session will be recorded and made available on a private YouTube page.
