I’m new to yoga. Which class should I attend first?
We LOVE yoga newbies! You’ll find several classes on our weekly schedule that are especially geared towards the beginner – Slow Stretch, Gentle, & Slow Flow are a few favorites.

How do I book a class?

Do I need to sign up for class in advance?
While we try to accept walk-ins, many of our classes fill up so pre-registration is HIGHLY SUGGESTED. It is also recommended that you arrive at least 10 minutes before class begins to give yourself time to get settled with everything you need. Please note that for the safety of our staff & students, we lock the front door as soon as class begins so late arrivals may not be permitted.
What should I bring?
A yoga mat! Using your own mat is the most hygienic way to build your practice, plus it fosters a more personal relationship with yoga. We sell our favorite brand in the studio, but you can also purchase your own. Bring a small towel and water bottle as well, especially if you want to try out a heated class.
What do I get as a Radiance Member?
Yogis that have a monthly unlimited membership with us receive special perks like a free guest pass to use once per month and discounts on select workshops.
To use your guest pass:
When booking a spot for a class, you can use your active membership to book for yourself and then use your Guest Pass pack to reserve a spot for your friends or family guests. They must be attending the same class as you.
If you are having trouble reserving a spot for your guest, please just send us an email and we’ll help you get set up.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Class bookings may be cancelled up to 2 hours prior to the start of class without penalty. Inside of that window, cancellations will result in the loss of the class credit and unlimited members may incur a $10 fee.
**Please note that class packs expire 6 months from the date of activation and are non-transferrable/shareable, non-extendable, and non-refundable. Sorry, no exceptions.
Workshop cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please email us atleast 48 hours before if you need to cancel. There are no refunds for workshop no-shows.
How do I set up ACH direct debit on my account to avoid the credit card fee?
Simply follow these steps:
Login to your Momence account.
Go to ‘My account.’
Remove your existing card(s) on file by clicking the red trash bin icon in the top right corner.
Click ‘Save ACH Direct Debit’ then click ‘Update.’
Follow the steps as directed by Stripe.
You can disconnect your bank account at any point.
Please note: ACH direct debit is currently not available in the Momence app. We’ve found best practice by making your class, package and membership purchases on your desktop through our website before booking your classes in the app if that’s your preferred booking method.
If you are on an auto-renewing membership, Momence will automatically prioritize ACH direct debit as your default payment method, even if you still have a card on file.
