Amanda has always had an intuitive passion for movement science, and has been practicing yoga for 10 years. She has been a physical therapist for 5 years, and enjoys fostering the mind body connection for patients as they progress through rehabilitation. She recently earned her RYT200 in 2022 with Stream of Consciousness Yoga, and is excited to share her practice with the Radiance family. Her personal practice involves vinyasa, slow flow, and power yoga, but she enjoys teaching a variety of styles. She carefully applies biomechanics and anatomy to her practice and teaching. Amanda loves promoting movement and breath as medicine for the body, mind, and soul.
