Christopher grew up in Greenville, NC and moved away years ago after graduating from UNC-G. He first discovered yoga in 1997 after moving to San Francisco. As a therapist, he was fascinated with the mind-body-spirit connection that yoga provides. He has taught and trained for 25 years, and has extensive experience with studios, teacher trainings, churches, schools, and non-profit programs. He leads groups in meditation and contemplative practice. He returned to NC in 2019. His classes are sequenced to build strength and balance, and move on the breath to flow into rest. His passion is showing you, how you can do, what you thought you couldn’t do!
