Cindy began practicing yoga over 20 years ago and found it to be the perfect way to recharge and nourish her mind and body in the midst of raising young children and working full time. In 2019 she completed her 200-RYT training at Triad Yoga Institute and joined the Radiance family. She loves teaching Vinyasa, Slow Flow and Slow Stretch with a focus on alignment and breath. She encourages students to focus on the present moment and trust where they are in their yoga journey. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys tending her garden and chasing her crazy pups on their favorite trails.
