Holly started going to yoga in 2005 as a way to stay flexible, and after years of practice with her teacher and mentor, Audrey Sheldon Ortiz, she embraced yoga as a way of life. She completed her 200-hour training with Stream of Consciousness Yoga in 2022 and is honored to share her practice with others. She is most excited about supporting women through their childbearing years, helping them tap into their inner strength and wisdom through the power of breathwork, asana, and meditation.
In her current practice, Holly enjoys moving intuitively, linking breath with movement and is exploring Kundalini yoga. You can expect Holly’s classes to be accessible to all levels and a safe space where you can show up as your authentic self. She lives in Jamestown with her husband, three sweet children, and their golden retriever.
