Kristin Richmond

Kristin has been a devoted student of this practice for more than a decade and found her calling when she became certified to teach in 2016. She believes that when we stay curious about movement & breath, we can tap into an intuitive practice that grows and evolves with us for years to come. She derives as much inspiration from nature as she does her self-study and weaves diverse themes of tantra and ayurvedic principles into her classes, which are inclusive, light-hearted, and challenging in all the best ways. You’ll never be forced into shapes, but you will be invited to look beyond them as a means of exploring your own human experience.
