Kristin Richmond

Kristin first discovered Yoga as a form of mind-body medicine in her mid 20s, when a friend suggested a gentle home practice as a way to move through the grief of her father’s passing. Though she had grown up keeping busy with sports and gymnastics, she found that Yoga had the capacity to actually quiet her mind through meditative movement, which she describes as both an awakening and a remembering. She answered the call to teach in 2016, completing her first 200-hour immersion at Blue Lotus Yoga in Raleigh, NC. A forever student, she has gone on to deepen her studies with certifications in Yin, Rocket Yoga, Kids Yoga, and most recently a deeper dive into Anusara principles with a 300-hour course. Her classes are always an invitation to look beyond the postures and come home to yourself.

When she’s not teaching, you can bet she’s probably chasing after her toddler or busy dreaming up special events and managing all things Radiance! She truly loves helping people connect and share their highest self with the world.
