Terri believes yoga is a path to wholeness, the body, mind, and spirit, together. She began practicing yoga in 2016 as the body yearned for movement and healing, a call for unification. She enrolled in the 200-hour teacher training in 2018 with Triad Yoga Institute continuing her studies there, she completed the 500-hour program in 2022. Terri has a B.A in Philosophy and a master’s in education. She continues her love of philosophical inquiry by studying yoga and Buddhist philosophies and traditions. She is a member of the Tergar meditation community and is currently enrolled in the Joy of Living meditation course. Her love of teaching has evolved into a passion for sharing the transformative practices yoga offers with others. She is blessed with a loving family and supportive friends. Terri loves spending time immersed in nature and can often be found in her garden and walking the many trails Greensboro offers.
